All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you feel you have ordered the incorrect product, and it is unopened, please call or email us to arrange return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable. No exceptions. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate changers to order. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@mydivinepeppers.com with your order number and photo of the item’s condition as soon as possible. We address damage items on a case-by-case basis; however, we will work towards a satisfactory solution. As a small business, your cooperation is appreciated.
